Meet Your Recruiter

I grew up in a small town where you either hauled rock or grain, so trucking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. After 7½ years in safety, including managing a Safety Department and earning my Certified Director of Safety certificate, I discovered my true passion: recruiting drivers!

When the opportunity to join Liquid Trucking came along, I jumped at it. What I love most is our family-first culture. We care about our drivers, believe in doing things the right way, and understand that people matter.

My recruiting superpower? I’m just me! What you see is what you get. I’ll give you the good, the bad, and the ugly because I want you to find the right fit, not just a job. I love getting to know the person behind the CDL, hearing your stories, and being someone you can count on long after you're hired.

If Liquid Trucking were a person, it would be Dolly Parton: kind, strong, hardworking, and no-nonsense! Treat people right, work hard, and good things can happen.

When I’m not recruiting, I’m spending time with my fiancé, two daughters, stepdaughter, and two grandbabies who have me wrapped around their little fingers. You might also find me on the back of a Harley, bowling, or traveling.

What should you know about working with me? I’ll answer your questions, shoot straight with you, and be in your corner when you need someone to listen. I’d rather help fix a problem than lose a good driver over something we could have worked through.

Want to know how much money you can make? I'll give you an honest answer. The opportunity is here, but how much you earn depends on how you use your time. I'm not here to sell you a dream—I'm here to tell you the truth.

My advice? If you're ready to work, want to make money, and want to be treated like family, let's talk!

The quickest way to make me happy? A clean record, your endorsements, and a big YES to Liquid Trucking!

You'll get a paycheck, a truck, a recruiter who actually answers her phone… and probably a few smart-aleck comments along the way. 😂
