Meet Your Recruiter
Hello! My name is Jake Debo, and I'm one of just TWO recruiters at Liquid Trucking. My background is a bit of a mix. I've worked in sports management with the Sioux City Musketeers of the USHL, in advertising at high-level agency in Omaha, but I've been a part of the trucking world for the past 6 years. Somewhere along the way I figured out what I really enjoy, and that's helping people find work that actually fits their life.
What brought me to Liquid Trucking is easy to explain. I've worked at some good places, but nobody treats their people the way this company does. I've had diverse experience, and none of it comes close to the experience Liquid Trucking. This is a company full of and lead by great people, and I want every driver to feel that from our very first conversation.
When we talk, you're more than just your on paper qualifications. I want to know what you're looking for and what matters to you, because I'd rather help you find a spot you'll want to stay in than just fill a seat. You'll always get straight answers from me, and I'll keep the process as easy as I can.
Originally from St. Louis and came to Omaha to attend Creighton University and I knew I would up staying for good. Omaha, like Liquid Trucking, is a special place.
Outside of work I have a ton of interests and hobbies and can chat you up about almost anything! From Sports to videogames to music, heck I'll even talk proper lawn care with you! If I'm not at home you can find me watching the Creighton Bluejays at CHI health center, at one of the many outstanding local golf courses or at one of the fine eateries Omaha has to offer.
