Home time depends on where you live, but in general this is an OTR job with regular resets at home. Many areas are home every weekend, but this can range to home every 3 weeks depending on location.
The base drive time pay is $30 an hr. Our first year drivers average $1700-$2400 gross earnings per week after training. You can earn between $90,000 to $110,000 in your first year on average.
Newly hired employees and dependents will be effective in our benefits programs on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous, active employment. Our fleet is mostly automatic Freightliner tractors with some Volvo tractors. We replace the bottom 25 trucks each year with new to make sure our fleet stays updated so that you have reliable equipment.

Paid time off helps drivers plan time away while staying connected to a stable schedule.
PTO accrues at $1.50 per drive hour. This averages to $3,300-$3,800 yearly and you can do with it as you please, there is no max rollover. Some drivers choose to cash it out and others choose to bank it and treat it like a savings account. Your recruiter can explain the current policy and look at options that best fit your needs.
